For the mom who keeps wondering if what she's feeling is just postpartum… or if she should tell someone.
Maybe you cry and don't even know why.
Maybe your brain won't shut off.
Maybe you keep having scary thoughts you do not want.
Maybe you feel angry, numb, anxious, disconnected, touched out, or completely unlike yourself.
Maybe everyone keeps telling you, "That's normal. You just had a baby."
But something in you keeps wondering…
Is this really normal?
The weird thought. The scary thought. The thing you feel guilty admitting. The part of postpartum you thought you would handle better.
You can say it here. You won't be judged. You won't be rushed to fix it.
You do not have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. You just have to want someone in your corner.
What's included

What to bring up with your provider
Guidance on what may be worth raising with your doctor or mental-health provider.
7 days of message & voice-note support
During set support hours, someone who already knows your story is on the other end.
A simple personal next-step plan
Clear, not overwhelming. One thing at a time.
You do not have to go right back to Google every time something feels off.
If you have another hard day, a thought scares you, or you start wondering if you are overreacting again, you can reach out.
A message. A voice note. During set support hours, for seven days. Someone who already knows your story is on the other end.
The goal is for you to feel less confused about what you are feeling, more clear about what you need, and more confident about what your next step should be.
You do not have to wait until you are falling apart to tell someone you are struggling.
